To provide what you asked for, such as the prospectus, a discovery call or a reply to your enquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
To contact you about the programme you asked about. Our legal basis is the same legitimate interest, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
To send you our news and insight by email when you have ticked the box. Our legal basis is your consent, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.
To manage a booking and deliver the programme. Our legal basis is our contract with your organisation.
To understand how our website is used. Our legal basis is your consent to analytics cookies.
Who sees your details HuddleCX, and the companies that run our website, forms, email and analytics for us: Squarespace and Google. When you come to us through a partner network, we confirm your booking to that partner. Some of these companies hold data outside the UK, under safeguards recognised in UK law. We keep your details for our own use.
How long we keep them
Enquiries and prospectus requests: two years after our last contact.
News and insight list: until you unsubscribe.
Booking and invoice records: six years, to meet tax rules.
Complaints
Your rights You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, object to how we use them, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email advantage@huddlecx.com and we will reply within one month.
Complaints Tell us at advantage@huddlecx.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and reply as soon as we can. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
