1. About HuddleCX
HuddleCX is a trading name operated by Natalie Calvert, a sole trader registered in England and Wales. Registered address and contact details are available on request.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HuddleCX website at www.huddlecx.com ("Website") and the purchase of any services, programmes or products offered by HuddleCX, including The Huddle Masterclass ("Masterclass").
By accessing the Website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase our services.
2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
HuddleCX operates from and contracts from within England. All contracts formed under these Terms are formed in England.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
3.1 Ownership
All content on the HuddleCX Website and within any service, programme, course, masterclass, workbook, framework, model, resource, or material — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, presentations, white papers, frameworks, worksheets, tools, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of HuddleCX and Natalie Calvert unless otherwise stated.
This includes, without limitation:
• The CX-EX Leadership Framework and its Six Imperatives
• The Leadership Advantage positioning and associated materials
• The Huddle Masterclass content, slides, workbooks and supplementary resources
• All white papers, articles and published research produced by HuddleCX
• The HuddleCX brand, logo and visual identity
3.2 Restrictions on Use
You may not, without the prior written consent of HuddleCX:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or transmit any HuddleCX content in any form
• Use any HuddleCX content for commercial purposes
• Adapt, modify, translate or create derivative works from any HuddleCX content
• Share, resell, sublicence or transfer access to any programme, course or Masterclass materials to any third party
• Screenshot, record, download or otherwise capture Masterclass sessions or digital content for distribution
• Use any HuddleCX frameworks, models or methodologies in commercial training, consulting or advisory services without a written licence agreement
3.3 Permitted Use
You may share short excerpts from publicly available Website content for non-commercial purposes, provided you clearly attribute HuddleCX and Natalie Calvert as the source and include a link to www.huddlecx.com.
Any use beyond this requires express written agreement from HuddleCX.
3.4 Infringement
HuddleCX takes intellectual property protection seriously and will pursue legal remedies in the event of unauthorised use or infringement, including injunctive relief and damages.
4. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)
4.1 Data Controller
HuddleCX (Natalie Calvert) is the Data Controller for personal data collected through the Website and in connection with its services, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
4.2 What Data We Collect
We may collect and process the following personal data:
• Name, job title, organisation and contact details when you enquire or register
• Payment information processed securely through our payment provider
• Usage data and cookies when you visit the Website
• Communications and correspondence you send to us
4.3 How We Use Your Data
We process your personal data for the following lawful purposes:
• To fulfil a contract — processing your purchase and delivering services
• Legitimate interests — communicating with you about your engagement with HuddleCX
• Consent — sending marketing communications where you have opted in
4.4 Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Financial records are retained for a minimum of six years in compliance with HMRC requirements.
4.5 Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict processing; data portability; and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address on our Website.
4.6 Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and email platforms) solely to deliver our services, under appropriate data processing agreements.
4.7 Cookies

5. The Huddle Masterclass — Specific Terms
5.1 Enrolment and Access
Enrolment in The Huddle Masterclass is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Access to Masterclass sessions, materials and resources is granted solely to the registered participant and is non-transferable.
You may not share login credentials, recordings or materials with any other individual or organisation.
5.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated on the booking page and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing with HuddleCX.
HuddleCX reserves the right to change pricing for future cohorts at any time.
5.3 Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy
We are confident in the quality and value of The Huddle Masterclass. If you are not satisfied with the programme, we offer the following guarantee:
• If you attend the first live session and do not feel the Masterclass meets the standard described, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of that session.
• To be eligible, you must have attended the session in full and submit a written request to HuddleCX by email within the 48-hour window, stating the reason for your dissatisfaction.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of an approved request.
• No refund will be issued after the 48-hour window or where the participant has attended more than one session.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5.4 Cancellation by Participant
If you need to cancel your enrolment:
• More than 14 days before the start date: full refund less a £50 administration fee
• Within 14 days of the start date: no refund, but you may transfer your place to a future cohort (subject to availability), provided written notice is given at least 7 days before the start date
• No-shows on the day: no refund or transfer
5.5 Cancellation or Rescheduling by HuddleCX
HuddleCX reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or modify the Masterclass in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date.
HuddleCX will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from cancellation or rescheduling, including travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by participants.
5.6 Conduct
Participants are expected to engage professionally and respectfully. HuddleCX reserves the right to remove any participant from the Masterclass without refund if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful or in breach of these Terms.
6. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems.
HuddleCX makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Website is accurate and available, but does not warrant that it will be free from errors, interruptions or viruses. You access the Website at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HuddleCX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Website or participation in any service or programme.
HuddleCX's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
Nothing in these Terms limits HuddleCX's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Confidentiality
HuddleCX treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Where consulting, advisory or coaching engagements involve access to sensitive organisational information, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement may be entered into upon request.
Equally, any proprietary HuddleCX materials, frameworks, methodologies or pricing shared with you in the course of an engagement are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
9. Testimonials and Case Studies
By submitting a testimonial or agreeing to participate in a case study, you grant HuddleCX a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your words and, where agreed, your name, job title and organisation for marketing and promotional purposes on the Website, social media, publications and other materials.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting HuddleCX in writing. Withdrawal will not affect any prior use of the material.
10. Changes to These Terms
HuddleCX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
For significant changes affecting existing service agreements, HuddleCX will notify you directly by email.
